If there was already a wiki, why are you not open it for public. It would be great for guides etc.
Otherwise there is MediaWiki, a GNU software to make wikis.

There is a private development wiki.
I do agree that it is about that time to open up a new one, There will need to be multiple poeple to help manage this though.
The reason I removed it previously was for one due to the many spam topics and the fact that it became too much hassle to keep the public and dev in sync.

If you (and the community) would be willing to help structure and manage it then I'm all for putting it up again.

I'll put it up once again ^^ url pending

You could do it with logins from the forum(I am not into Webdevelopment so I dont know very much about it, but I think that you could use the sql databank for the wiki, so that not everyone can write in it and you logical need something to control it, but that should be at the moment really no problem, because there is not much content.

I could hook it up to phpbb but won't, as we might be looking to attach phpbb itself to the sagramore database.
So for now i'd like it to have it's own login. (seeing as not all forum members will end up being contributors anyway).

I put it up here: http://sagramore.com/wiki/Main_Page
I'll slowly move some stuff over from the old wiki.

If anyone want's to help on that I suggest they idle in IRC and get in touch (I mean idle, not 3 minutes in the webchat and leaving afterwards)

Because I have asked for it, I have added some content. Not much and normally only one sentence, but at least a bit.
EDIT: I just see that it is strangly impossible to copy text from the game into the wiki. Anyway the wiki is now way better. Now we have content.
EDIT2: I see that, if you click ingame at the buttom "More information in the Wiki", in the Item section, the link goes to Index.php/Name of Item (Item), the Index.php/ looks a bit funny, would be cool, f you could change that.

Yeah the wiki has some content now but the text is not very well formatted yet.
Perhaps you could read into that a bit: http://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Help:Formatting

other then that it's looking good man :)

I have done some stuff today. Looks still not very good, but that is, because of missing content and that mostly ingame. and content is the main reason for failure in game programming espaially MMORPGs.

Every bit helps, you're right about the lack of content.

We currently have a running test environment in which scripters could easily mess around in.
I'm hoping to involve more community members in the near future.
if you're willing to give it a go I can hook you up (will require some scripting experience).
